The FTSE and the US indices start the week off in positive territory

The FTSE is up but tepid, not surprising given the solid rise into new territory last week. The Nasdaq and SPY are both up this morning but also with no real conviction so far. More large cap earnings this week in the US (AMZN, LLY, AMD and MA) and the FOMC on Wednesday so plenty of news to keep us on our toes.
