Is the market hanging on a shoogly peg?

The Nas certainly looks shakier this morning than it has all week. The major indices closed with solid losses despite an underlying positive bias. The market-cap-weighted Nas fell 1.07%, while the equal-weighted Nas fell only 0.26%, evidence of the larger stocks possibly rolling over. We're now near an important short term support level in QQQ. For me, I'd like it to break through support and get back above within a couple of days. Unfortunately the market doesn't give a fig about what I want!
